STAR Network

STAR is an all-volunteer Greater Tampa Bay exclusive network dedicated to connecting transitioning SOF with successful business leaders who willingly offer their contacts, experience, job shadow opportunities, mentorship and most importantly, friendship.  In return, operators who have successfully landed in the business sector are asked to pay-it-forward by maintaining connective tissue with STAR and mentor the next group of transitioning operators.  This model is now self-sustaining due to the large number of STAR alumni in business that choose to remain active within the network paying it forward.
